OTO BTS

Here are some Behind the Scenes shots from Michelle Soden on the Onward To Olympas shoot. You can view all of the stills here.

We shot on the American Victory, thanks to the help of Cindy Bosslemann. We used the 7D and a few primes rented for The Lens Depot. It worked perfectly and I’m stoked to see the final video, being edited by the man himself. Drew Russ.

Onward To Olympas

The past two days were spent shooting a video for Onward to Olympas‘ new record releasing in January / Directed by Drew Russ.

Day one was mostly concept stuff in Rainbow River near Ocala.
and day two we shot the performance stuff on the American Victory in Tampa. The underwater stuff was on the HVX and the performance stuff was the 7D. I love that camera so much.

Here are a couple cell phone shots from the day. We’ll get the for real BTS stills by Michelle Soden and the video posted asap.

Just playin’

So my girlfriend graduated this weekend and I took the opportunity to play with the 7D that I had rented for some music video stuff later in the week.

What do you think?

TONYY!!

So here’s another of the foodie segments I did a few months ago with Tony Adams of Big Wheel Provisions. Keep an eye on this guy.

He’s taking over!

Prints?

Ok, some people actually seemed to want prints. So here is what we are looking at.

I would prefer that you email me at michael@dreameryfilms.com to keep this personal, and we’ll discuss what you are looking for.

To print (good) in Orlando, a 5×7 is around 2.50 with tax and an 8×10 is about 5.15 with tax.
I will mail these to friends, not strangers, but email me and we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.

I hope I’m not getting in over my head here, but we’ll take this slow and see what happens.

Alright, here’s what you’ve got to choose from. But if you’ve seen something prior you are more stoked on, or there is a picture of you, that you want. Then let me know.

A few things

A)I’m trying to get the Phil Vassar video on here for you to see.
B)I had to take down those previous stills as requested by ADTR’s management.
C)Here are some stills I’ve shot over the past few months on the K1000. It was Velvia 100 on a 50mm 2.0. I did a bit of color correction in post, but overall I’m stoked on them.

Ooops…

So I guess I was not supposed to post those stills Kyle took.

My bad.

Ok.

So I haven’t gotten that filmed developed yet.
Terribly busy, but great week.

First off, the video I worked on a few months ago for Phil Vassar will be premiering on Great American Country and possibly CMT this weekend. Apparently some interviews were filmed that I may have been mentioned in. I should hopefully get a link to it soon to post.
I’m excited. Is that lame?

Wednesday night I shot a quick Christmas video with Drew Russ in the Ocala area for Victory Record’s A Day to Remember.

Then Thursday I worked with Dan Dobi, whose work I’ve been following for about 3 years now, on A Day to Remember’s official new video for “I’m made of Wax Lary, What Are You Made Of?”
Which Mike of The Devil Wears Prada may or may not make an appearance in.

I’m not trying to name drop, but Scene points!

So both of these were shot on the new 7d, and they looked fantastic. I will absolutely be posting both of these when they hit the internet.

In the meantime, I’m going to see The Road.
