Super! 8.

Here is some Super 8 we shot as B Roll for our thesis.
The digitizing was jerry rigged and is a little jumpy, but I’m really happy with how it came out.

Fear has no place in the light of love.

I’ve been listening to my buddy Ryan Alexander’s band recently.It’s way good.  Listen to it here.

I’m working on another Super 8mm set right now to use for our Thesis, hopefully I’ll get that uploaded soon. It looks so much better than my last roll. Stoked!

Kacie took me to the Little Econ Trail, the place is awesome. I love that so much woods, exists right inside Orlando.

We date. It’s a big deal.

I just love lens flare. Love it.

The next three were all taken at Rollins College at about 5am.
F-2.8 / 20-25 second exposures.

I’m also a big fan of light and shadow on Spanish Moss. So creepy.

We came to shoot the sunrise over the lake. But when the sun came up, it was too cloudy. So, the dudes got fresh profile pics under the cloudy sky.

Here are a few shots from our final project shoot that I directed with Mike Lloyd.

Editing for this project will be done at the end of the month.

We’re waiting on some Super 8 to get processed and to telecined so we can “get this boat to the moon somehow!”

In the mean time I have too many thoughts in my head not to write them.

Music and Visual media move me.

If I can manage to live this life in a way where I get to capture beauty and create it, within community, I will be happy.

This life and world are far too beautiful to not just sit in awe and praise the Giver.
